General Range Rules

Permitted pistol calibers: 22LR, 380ACP, 9MM, 357MAG, 40S&W, 10MM, 45COLT, 45ACP, and 44MAG.
Muzzle velocity is minimum 800 ft/s and cannot exceed 1450 ft/s.

Shotguns and rifles are NOT allowed.

The Kearney Indoor Range Club and any of its designees have the right to reject or refuse service to anyone that inappropriately handles a firearm or would potentially endanger the safety of themselves or others. Or behaves in a manner inconsistent with any rules either posted or perceived.

No outside instructors or trainers are permitted to use the range to train or certify at the Kearney Indoor Range Club unless approved in advance by management.

General range rules

The Kearney indoor Range Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Any violation of the rules may result in the immediate removal from the property and a membership cancellation without refund or recourse.

Any negligent firearm discharge (either accidental or purposeful) outside of the Conex shooting range, but inside the Kearney Indoor Range club suite that causes damage/injury or death to or inside the suite, an adjacent suite or outside the facility, the person responsible for the discharge will be held solely (both civilly and criminally) responsible for any potential damages that may occur as a result of the discharge.

Any firearm discharge outside of the facility altogether that results in damages of any sort will be dealt with by whatever legal means the local authorities deem appropriate.
